I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Parker Meggitt (Irvine, CA) in June 2018
Interview
A phone call from a recruiting agency to set up the in-person interview. A 3 manager interview panel (mine ended up being only 2 managers because one didn't show up) asked very difficult questions. They just wanted to see how I worked under pressure and generally what I knew about basic engineering concepts related to their projects. They also asked one or two easy questions that any engineer should know.

Question 1
Explain what you know about time domain reflectometry
I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Parker Meggitt (Tempe, AZ)
Interview
The process was laid back and professional. The interviewers wanted to genuinely gauge what the interviewees were like as a person to make sure they were a good fit with current employees. There were some technical questions but it mostly was questions about your own work and projects. I was interviewed by two engineers but I heard some other interviewees were interviewed by an engineer and someone from HR.
