I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Parkland Health (Dallas, TX) in Dec 2017
Interview
I was called in to interview at 1pm. The building was located behind the hospital, so I had trouble finding it, as I did not know where on the rather large campus the building was. The lab manager was very friendly and came to get me in person at the door of the building, because all the doors require badge for entry. She brought me to a room in the lab where I met all five department supervisors who were all very friendly and introduced themselves before asking questions in an informal manner about why I wanted to work at Parkland and describing what they do there. They did not ask very many interview-type questions. Afterwards, the lab manager showed me the entire lab and described the major instruments they used and how the floor was laid out.

Interview
I was interviewed in a Career Fair by 2 people from they laboratory. Friendly interview, common questions. They promised a feedback in 2 weeks, but no answer after 2 phone calls in 3 weeks.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Parkland Health (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2015
Interview
Easy and predictable interview. Common questions like "What are your goals for the next 5 years", "Tell me about you", etc. Friendly but superficial. People are afraid of candidates who have a better resume and more experience than the Hiring Manager. It seems to hire only mediocre people. They do not give you feedback. I called several times with no response.
