Three phase Interview process which starts with a written aptitude test to qualify for the HR Interview. HR Interview was much formal, focused mainly on overall behaviour, presentation, language control, professional knowledge & understanding about work ethics. Final round was with the COO & CMO, mainly inclined to the technical stuff. Grilled on knowledge about SMM, Exhibitions, ROI generation methods, knowledge on GTM material design & concepts.
