The first HR review was very smooth and Recruiter was very helpful, I had some questions and she answered all completely. Second technical part was pretty hard since they are looking for the best people.
The interview process usually starts with a short introduction and overview of the role. Then, questions are asked about experience, skills, and motivation. In some cases, practical tasks or case questions follow. The interview ends with questions from the candidate and next steps.
