2 zoom calls, 1 phone interview. Interviewers were condescending and very disengaged/seemed bored. Did not seem interested in interacting and rather it felt like they were trying to one up me. Recruiter at least had good communication but wasted my time over 4 weeks and ended up choosing a fresh graduate with much less qualifications.

The interview process was exhausting—three rounds, each one draining more of my energy. It left me questioning the value of the time and effort I invested. Also, I couldn’t shake the feeling that my race cost me the opportunity.

Can you describe a time when your hypothesis turned out to be incorrect? How did you handle it, and were you able to recover or pivot from there?
It was very long with about 7 interviews but you can tell they really want to find the right fit. Know your stuff. They will quiz you on the biological processes their products use and study.
