I applied the software engineer position online, the response was really quick, just schedule a time for an initial phone interview. On that day, have 10 mins talk with recruiter, then get rejection after one week, I guess it is because my working authorization is OPT.

Giving a 30 minute window for a call, missing it, rescheduling & providing a coding challenge. Go silent for 2 weeks and say the position closed without any notice to candidates. Stay away from this company, they clearly don’t care about people.
