Der Erstkontakt fand mit dem Recruiting des Unternehmens statt. Anschließend gab es mehrere Bewerbungsrunden. Diese finden sowohl mit HR, Entwicklern und Führungskräften statt. Die Gespräche finden in einer angenehmen Atmosphäre teils remote und teils vor Ort statt.

Interview
Das erste Gespräch fand online statt und war ein sehr nettes Kennenlernen. Im zweiten Gespräch wurde eine Case Study als Aufgabe gestellt, die diskutiert wurde. Insgesamt war die Atmosphäre immer locker und sympathisch. Hab nur positive Eindrücke bekommen.
For junior position it was a 3 stage process. Starting with a 30 min phone interview, followed by a first in person interview as well as a second in person interview. The second interview included a case study.
