I have never interviewed for a company even remotely ridiculous like this one. Friendly warning, do not even bother to apply for this company, you will be sorry if you do.
First thing you will notice is that it takes forever for them to get back to you. It took two weeks for them to initially send an email to you and schedule a phone interview. Questions are relatively easy, but it also makes you wonder why do they bother to ask some weird question that are almost common sense.
Then you wait again, another 2+ weeks, they just get back to you with one specific date, asking if you can come on that day on that specific time. There was no other option whatsoever.
Then Here is the most horrible interview anyone could possibly have.
They asked me to prepare a presentation, regarding a project I have done, for whatever topic.
I came in to interview in the morning, they asked for 8:30 am. I arrived at 7:55 am, no one was in there, I stood outside in cold wind for 10 minutes, finally someone not with the company but work in the same building came and let me in. Then I sit on their couch waiting for the interview. No water, no food, no nothing, just sit and wait. I sit there for another half hour. Reason being that they were waiting for everyone to gather for the interview, and it was later than 8:30.
I did the presentation, the boss or CEO and the CFO said it was a very good presentation. OK, nice, I started to hallucinate that I wasn't waiting time in vain.
Turned out I would rather sleep in or play some video games instead of attending this.
Following the presentation is a six-round interview conducted by completely nonprofessionals. One of them wore pajama, not even wearing shoes, just bare feet. And he acted like he was either hasn't slept for 2 weeks or just smoked a bag of weed before he came in. He couldn't even clearly convey his ideas in complete sentences, or question mark is did he actually had ideas? He asked me a question, I implemented it on their computer. What funny was, the next guy came in and asked me the exact same question, and he was like "Oh I see you have already done it, that was the question I was gonna ask you".
Turned out they don't even discuss what questions to ask, just ask whatever they feel like, and they feel like the same one over and over again. Probably because their question dump is formed by only 2 questions. And 3 of them consistently be like "ok what should I do next, what question do I have, what should I ask you", in conclusion, not even had a plan.
