Partners + Napier interview questions

Process was thorough and included people at different levels within the team. Respectful and friendly interviewers who asked good questions but really just wanted to get to know you. There were timely and getting back to me and communication was clear.

I saw the posting for the position on the company site and applied as well as contacted the HR representative who I have been in contact with for over a year. The first interview was with a creative director and a project manager. Two weeks later I made the second round and met with the VP of creative, copywriter on the project, and the original creative director. Everyone I met with was very pleasant and it was a conversationally based interview. I did not receive an offer as I didn't have enough industry experience but received a personal phone call encouraging me to keep in touch. One of the most pleasant interview experiences I've had.
