Partnership HealthPlan of California interview questions

HR Round and Meeting with the leadership team; Takes about a few days for the HR to reach out to you regarding the application and then it was another round with the leadership team where it was an hour of behavioral questions. The team was extremely friendly with me and it was really a conversation rather than a Q and A round.

The interview was about 45 minutes long and included a panel of four people from the department the job listing belongs to. Everyone was very friendly and made it feel more like a conversation than an interview. I recived time to ask questions and was given detailed anwsers.
