Formal setting-First interview with program managers/directors then with current employees. Very comfortable environment. Had more of a discussion with program manager/director which allowed for better explanation of my skills, what one can bring to the table and what one can expect in this position.

The process was professional and the staff was kind. It was a great opportunity. It was clearly a smaller company with a small development office that is still in the process of developing.

I submitted my resume and cover-letter on the agency's website and 1 week after received an interview appointment. I researched the job-position and was prompt and professional for the interview. The one on one interview lasted for about 2 hours. Two weeks after, I received call back with job offer.
