I was called into the store where I talked to one of the managers. There, the interview took place and after that I got a call some days later to begin working. I was working within the next week or so.

My specific interview was comfortable. I didn’t feel pressure or nervous. The interviewer was nice and made sure I felt at ease while answering questions. It was a fairly quick interview.

They just asked what my experience in customer service was. They also asked why i was interested in working for Party City and what was my availability. It was a very relaxed process.
