I applied online and received an email the next day for an in-person interview. The interview went really smoothly, no unexpected questions. Make sure you really understand Patagonia, their mission and mentality.

How do you handle unhappy or unsatisfied customers?
Multiple stages of interviewing questions beginning with a group interview then callbacks for individual interviews. Very formal for a retail store which was odd but it was a good expirience and they were open and honest with their feedback

Interview in person at hiring event. Interview is 15 minutes. Just asked a few questions and it was low stress. No questions about the brand or products. Then I got moved on to a virtual interview which was similar but a little more brand focused.
