4 interviews, they will ask you for an assignment, they focus a lot on the culture and how confident you are to work with multi culture employees. They will also ask why do you want to work for Patagonia.

Interview
I had an initial phone screen with a recruiter, then a panel interview by phone with 4 people -- the senior staff member who the EA would be for, another senior staff member that the role would partially support, the recruiter and one other person. This second interview was a challenging format for me. Asked for references but did not contact them.
