It was a simple interview by phone. HR offered me 12 hr with benefits after alloted time. I was offered job on spot and drug screening next day. The hiring process was fairly simple

I initially spoke with the HR manager. Then was brought in to speak at the round table with about 5 other managers regarding the position. It felt like more of a discussion instead of an interview.
