Interview
The hiring process had 5 rounds. 1st round had 60 MCQs. Most of them were from DSP and less than 10 was asked on C and 10 questions was from simple aptitude. Out of 250 people 7 people got shortlisted. I am one of them and we were asked to write five C codes mostly concentrated on arrays. Again 4 people were shortlisted for the technical interviews. Again i got selected. In interviews they asked me about my area of interest. Since i told Signal processing, they asked me basic questions on DSP and SAS. They will test the depth of your knowledge in DSP. Though the interviewer was very friendly person, the interview was quite difficult and lasted for 1 n half hour. Again i was shortlisted and in the next interview session they asked me about my projects and C programming which was too difficult. Concentrate more on arrays and linked list. They even asked me explanations for the MCQs which i had marked in the first round. In HR round, they asked me to solve some puzzles and problems on probability and all traditional questions which usually be asked in any HR. The bottom line is that if you are very good in DSP you can easily get into this company.
