First, you have a quick 15-minute call with the direct supervisor/manager. Next, you complete some sort of assessment or test for your role with a meeting with the same manager. Following that, you meet with the head of the department like the CRO. The last interview varies, but usually, it's another high-level person like the Chief of Staff or CEO.
