The process was in-depth. I had four separate interviews, each with a different member of the management team. I found the questions asked were very detailed, and I was able to get a good sense of what the overall culture was like. The personality test I found fascinating, and I was pleased that Pathway evaluated prospective individuals on multiple levels.

Three rounds of interviews with english test.Initial screening was done by HR based on our resume.Then we will be called in for a face to face interview with the HR and then if we successfully pass,then we have to give an exam in both english and technical knowledge.
