I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Patients Know Best in Mar 2025
Interview
I had a really positive experience throughout the interview process at PKB, which gave me a strong sense of the company and its culture right from the start. I had the opportunity to meet with several team members across the business, including the person who would become my manager, as well as the CCO and CEO. One of the highlights for me was getting to speak with future colleagues—it gave me a great feel for the team dynamic and helped me assess whether the company was the right fit, which was really important to me.
All interviews and conversations were conducted remotely via video or phone calls, which made perfect sense given the remote nature of the role. It also gave me a clear picture of how day-to-day communication would work. The process was well-organized and efficient: I was offered a good range of times and dates for interviews, and communication throughout was consistent and prompt. From early on, the team was transparent about the structure and expected timeline of the process, which I really appreciated—especially as I was actively interviewing elsewhere and had already received another offer. That level of clarity allowed me to manage everything professionally and respectfully.
The entire process moved quickly, taking about 2–3 weeks from the initial call to receiving an offer. After accepting, I received a formal offer and contract within a week. Now that I’ve started, I can honestly say the positive first impressions have been confirmed. Everyone I’ve met has been incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do—and they’ve shown a real interest in getting to know me as well.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Each stage of the interview felt like a genuine conversation, which made it easy to share my background, experience, and transferable skills. They asked some of the usual questions, like what I already knew about the company and how I typically approached specific aspects of my current role. This open dialogue allowed me to clearly demonstrate how my previous experience would add value in the role at PKB.
