Patreon interview questions

Overall process was pretty standard. The recruiter was very nice, and there was a standard software engineering, leetcode-style question. I froze up on the interview and didn't get pass the initial screen. However the interviewer was very nice, but new I didn't pass about 20 minutes in, which seems about standard.

I really enjoyed interviewing with Patreon! The HR team is incredibly supportive and communicative throughout the process. Scheduling each interview was a breeze with their Ashby system and the recruiting team was incredibly responsive anytime I had a question. I especially enjoyed their Core Values interview as I felt I really got to learn more about the company and what they value.
