I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Paul Gough Media in Apr 2025
Interview
The process started off normally with an initial phone screening about a week after I applied. However, during the second-round Teams interview, a technical issue prevented me from joining; the call was set up so only the organizer could admit participants, and I waited over 20 minutes after joining early. Unfortunately, the interviewer assumed I hadn’t shown up. While the interview was rescheduled a few days later, I didn’t receive any follow-up communication afterward for two weeks. Eventually, I noticed the job had been reposted, which made it clear I was no longer being considered. I only received an official rejection after reaching out myself.
Overall, the experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. As candidates, especially those like me who've been laid off, we appreciate transparency and timely communication. Even a brief message would have shown respect for the time and effort put into the process.

Interview
I went through a few people which was helpful because I got a feel for the company before I made a decision. Everyone was very professional and responded and followed up within a timely manner.

Interview
Arranged a call within days of applying which was good. But you never really get any update after. No rejection emails, no replies on follow ups. Will leave you hanging, very unprofessional
