Just apply online, a week later get a phone call inviting you to an interview, very informal group interview, after the interview is completed a few days later you hear back saying you got the job and inviting you to an induction.

Uploaded a CV online as well as a covering letter, then answered some questions online. Some people were invited to go to a group interview and then have a one on one but I was just invited to the one on one. It was a really quick interview, it only lasted around 15/20 minutes.
