Very brief and straightforward. I was hired at a store that is about to have its grand reopening so they seemed eager to hire people. After applying online I got an email about an open interview, so I went and waited with other applicants for an hour and a half and then my interview was less than 5 minutes. I was sent to do a bench test in the bakery at another store location. Then I called and got a second interview and was hired then after another less than 5 minute interview.
