I am truly sorry you had such a bad experience with our interview process. We have found that our process allows us to "get to know" a person prior to extending a job offer to ensure they not only meet the job requirements but would also match our culture. I understand that the process is not for everyone. I apologize for the lack of communication after your interviews and we will work to make sure we and any recruiter we use gives accurate and immediate feedback.
