Step 1: outsource HR:
He spoke with me and prepared me as much as he could to the interview, he was the best HR I know.
Step 2: A technical interview:
Two team leads with high professional skills ask me a few questions:
1. Write an architecture of a project you are proud of. The interview tools was lame and the white board was on zoom.
2. Home task:
Write a backend system from scratch.
Most of the companies I know they give you at least the project scalton and tests your skill such as logic, working managing and the way how you think.
I felt that I worked there and wrote a software for their own porpoise.
3. Void: :)
After much effort they even didn't re email me and when I asked for a feedback they sent me a nagative answer.
All but all the companies I interviewed they went over with me and made a code review at least.
The most important thing:
The PayBox HR wrote me a message with low skills and a lot of mistakes such as a wrong name of me. I didn't understand the text so I wrote her back an orgenized the message to check the status. She told me that I have an assignment to complete till Sunday (2 days).
She explained it should take maximum 2 hours.
I'm 7 years in this industry and I can tell this task should take at least 4-5 days.
All the assignments I received was as long as that period of time.
I'm unsatisfing from this process and a company that respects them self respects their candidates.
However for example, I didn't get an offer from WIX but their process was clear, profficional and high HR skills.
