3 steps. HR phone call, TDD code kata in c# or relevant languages, technical round with drawing an architectural diagram and questions around that. I nailed the TDD coding round but second round was not went well I realized after knowing the result. HR was very friendly but too slow
.. even if you mail don't always expect any reply. It took some time to get the result which was to say go find another job.

Recruiter found my profile through LinkedIn, and we met for coffee at first. Followed by group interview few days later, and a homework exercise to prove my worthiness. That lead to a second group meeting and brief skills test, where I also met with other members of the team. Received an offer. Total time from first contact to starting work was about a month.

Homework exercise required building a prototype within certain criteria. Skill questions based on the relevant programming languages, wanted to see how I thought-through and solved a problem.
