Los reclutadores son buenos y te explican bien el proceso, el tiempo de respuesta es tardado entre entrevistas tecnicas, por temas laborales es dificil organizar horarios pero eso pasa en todos los procesos deberian usar un adminisrador de horarios para facilitar la seleccion

Question 1
En la primera entrevista tecnica hacen una pregunta sencilla de arreglos pero no indican el lenguaje por excelencia, creo que deberia ser uno orientado a ojbetos por default para evaluar ese conocimineto
Es un proceso largo, pero fácil de tomar, toda el proceso es en ingles . Los reclutadores están atentos en todo el proceso y te dan feedback. El proceso en si es bastante comun, te entrevista HR, technical interview, entrevista con el Hiring Manager de ingenieria, finalmente una entrevista con el CTO y si todo sale bien te mandan una oferta.
