I have done with the interview process in Feb 2020 in paymate. They took 2 rounds. 1st was normal discussion with HR like current organisation, ctc, expectation. 2nd round was pure technical. It was very great experience for me and i was selected after this interview. I got a congratulations call from HR even they fixed my joining date and discussion about my relocation and he guided me all the way that i can follow to shift mimbai like location, traveling route, expenses. After that i had discussion with director and it was healthy discussion about work environment. I was happy that i got selected in paymate. But here is suspese that i never get any update/offer letter after that. I took many follow up from HR. but they were still busy. Finally after 2 weeks i called to them for final update and reply was....sorry and thanks for your time. But we are looking for more experienced person. And they replied me when i tried to reach them out not from them. This was disgusting and unexpected reply from the paymate team. My humble request to paymate HR/director that please dont play with employee's feelings. Job seekers, please dont join paymate even if you have last option.
