I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at PayPay (New Delhi)
Interview
One of the worst interview experiences so far. Uncomfortable panel and took around 2 months. After 3-4 rounds, I got an email with no feedback. When I asked for feedback, I was refused.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at PayPay (Gurgaon, Haryana) in June 2024

Question 1
Describe the most challenging situation you've faced in your current organization and the key lessons you learned from it.
First online test and then video interview.
I had a similar experience as others had and just for fun did the video round. This guy has some ego problem and a real noob. Imagine writing 6 parts testing automation blog without a single line of code (check out their blog, it is hilarious. ). PayPay CTO has low standards it seems.
I think the major issue is with the CEO or founder of this organization who has low engineering standards.
