      Interview

      The interview process for the Merchant Support Analyst role at PayRetailers starts with a screening call from HR to review your background, motivation, and availability. If successful, you’re given a practical assessment with case scenarios and an Excel task to evaluate your customer support and analytical skills. The next stage is a technical interview with a team lead, focusing on your experience handling customer issues, tools like Zendesk or Excel, and how you work under pressure. If selected, you'll receive a formal offer and onboarding instructions.
