I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at PayTech (Denver, CO) in June 2019
Interview
The step process in scheduling phone interviews went on about a total of two months, discussing the position with the recruiter went very well roughly two hours with the detailed job description. The turn around time to schedule phone interviews with upper management and other team managers after a few reschedules, the interview was rather lengthy, repetitive questions, the best part after 3 phone interviews I never heard back from them, no follow up. Very unprofessional not to get back to the candidate. Clearly, a company I would not consider if they cannot follow up with the candidate I would have to believe they lack communication within the company leaving employees in the dark.

Question 1
What was the most challenging part of your implementation how did you handle
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PayTech (Houston, TX) in Oct 2019
Interview
By far the best interview process I've experienced. The recruiter took the time to ask me questions relevant to my interests and preferences, and recommended the best position to apply for. The process was followed by a video interview with the hiring managers who were extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. In the end, even though I was not selected for the position, I was given thorough feedback on the reasons and was encouraged to reapply in the future. Paytech definitely adds the human factor to the process and makes candidates feel their best and most confident! My greatest kudos and sincere appreciation. I wish more employers were this way! Otherwise, we're just numbers and dollar signs.
