My interview experience with PayU for the position Technology risk was unfortunately not as positive as I had hoped. The interviewer joined the session 30 minutes late, and without any proper introduction or initial questions about my background or experience, they jumped straight into technical queries. There wasn’t any opportunity to settle in or get comfortable, which made the whole experience feel rushed and impersonal.
The tone of the interview also felt quite critical, with the interviewer doubting my abilities rather than fostering a productive dialogue. It came across as a bit rude, which didn’t help create a supportive environment.
My first-round interview with the company went well, and I was able to answer all the questions confidently. However, in this second round, the uncomfortable environment made it difficult for me to perform to my full potential.
