I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Paycom
Interview
Phone screen with recruiter, manager Go-To meeting if remote or onsite if in the same city, another interview with the sales manager alongside a wonder-lick assessment and test, then the final step is a half day with team phone canvassing to set 3 meetings and do a 10 min presentation to sales team.

Question 1
What was the most difficult situation or obstacle you had to overcome in your previous role and how did you do it?
Quick, easy zoom call. Overall pleasant experience. Did not get an offer, but the recruiter was very kind and helpful. There are several interview stages; I did the first two.
They make you take a whole day off work to come in and make cold calls for them. These calls are unpaid labor. They attend the meetings you book and still won’t offer you the job.

Started off as a screening process over the phone, months later was asked to interview in person just to then be told they never hire people out of college unless they had previously interned.
