Interview
Rigorous process that took the better part of one week. Cleared multiple rounds of interviews and made it all the way down to the final exercise which is making live sales calls to Paycom prospects to set three appointments. Setting appointments with a product I will know well can be challenging therefore setting appointments with a product I know very little about was extremely hard and did not lock in the appointments. As a result I was dropped from the candidate pool. I own my part with not making the appointments but I also know that many other factors go into a cold calling and there’s no question I could’ve done the job well. If given a chance. The recruiter sent me a text versus calling me to tell me I would not be moving to the next stage.

They make you take a whole day off work to come in and make cold calls for them. These calls are unpaid labor. They attend the meetings you book and still won’t offer you the job.
