Application
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Paycom (Indianapolis, IN) in July 2021
Interview
Really great, efficient process. It was incredible how much communication there was across the board. I loved being able to meet the primary manager, the recruiter, a panel of teammates, and a regional Director all in 4 days back-to-back.

Question 1
The most poignant question I was asked was where I wanted to be in 10 years. This REALLY made me think about where I want to be - not just as it pertains to success in this role, but in 2-3 roles / promotions beyond this.
We're excited to hear you enjoyed your interview experience. Thank you for the review!
Interview
This company moves extremely quickly when it comes to the interview process. You will first complete a phone screen with their own recruiter, then they will schedule an interview with the hiring manager within the week. If you pass the hiring manager, you will interview the Regional Manager, then will decide whether to hire you within that same week. I did the whole process in 1.5 weeks and got the job at the end of that week. Paycom's sales department is extremely focused on aesthetics so dress business professional, no crazy hair/nails/bright colored suits etc.
Multi-round process but recruiters do a good job of guiding you through. You start off by talking to a recruiter, move to your potential manager, then to the regional manager.

Question 1
Do you have experience working with C-Level executives?
Welcome to the Paycom team! We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review, and we're happy to hear you had a positive experience with our recruiters!
Phone screen - hiring manager - regional manager - peer interview. Hiring manager is the one you want to impress, however the regional manager can veto the decision if you don't impress at all.
