Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What motivates you? Why did you leave your last employer? How do you think you can help the company? Are you good at details? What are you good at? What skills do you have? What are you hobbies?
Everything was fine. But during the tech part of the interview, I noticed the interviewer was very talkative. So I asked ahead of time if I could have 2 minutes to read and process the question before he offered any guidance. He only gave me about 20 seconds and kept interrupting my train of thought. It felt like a boss was standing over my shoulder talking the whole time. I got turned off by that. I let the time run out and ended the interview. Personally, would not apply again but others might not have the same experience.

Question 1
Question about 'what is an abstract class' and some simple SQL questions about joins. Everything was pretty basic.

The process was pretty fast in terms of turnaround time but had three interviews, two or three online assessments, plus an invasive background check. Overall the interview process was easy but I can see how it could be difficult if coming from an outside field of work. I do think the reviews of the position were aggressively negative compared to the way the position is pitched in interviews.

Our interview process is designed to be timely, and we aim to be transparent about both the role and the standards our organization holds.
Very straightforward. They did a phonescreen call. And asked basic questions and then set you up with another interviewer. The questions were not that hard. They were very in line with the job description
