I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Paycom (Miami, FL) in Apr 2023
Interview
The recruiter, Jessica stood me up TWICE. The first time, I sat waiting for the call on the time agreed upon and confirmed on her schedule. I emailed, she responses 2 days later saying she had some personal issues. I understand things happen, so I agreed to reschedule. We rescheduled for the following week on a mutually agreed date and time, she confirmed. Once again, left here waiting. Completely unprofessional and a lack of respect for my time.

Emailed and met for a 30 minute zoom with someone that was currently in the position. I honestly didn’t know too much about the company or product beforehand. This role is basically a sales implementation role.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Paycom in Oct 2024
Interview
Very smooth and efficient. Each person that I spoke with gave clear direction and great feedback. Everyone was very friendly and prompt at getting back to me when I had questions.
