Interview
I was contacted by Paycom because they were looking for an experienced lead to implement their product in a new market. The interview so far went well and the interviewer wanted to come back to me, but despite checking in 4 and 6 weeks after the interview I did not receive any reply. It is disappointing to experience such behavior from companies, given that I gave quite some time for the interview.
