I interviewed for an AE position, it was a pretty standard interview and I believed it went well. The recruiter said he had no hesitations in moving forward in the process and I'd hear back soon. Weeks later I never received a response. Complete silence. At the very least, copy and paste your boiler plate rejection instead of ghosting candidates. Also, part of the process involves coming into the office giving a presentation and cold calling for hours to schedule meetings for free... Paycom was also hacked June of 2023 and has lost a lot of trust in the industry. Stay clear of them.
