I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Paycor (Lenexa, KS) in Nov 2015
Interview
The phone interview with the HR recruiter was very pleasant and consisted of clarifying my resume and relevant experience. She moved me forward quickly and sent me links to take some personality and aptitude tests. At the same time, she scheduled me in person interviews with a VP and a Director for the following week - The interviews were back to back which was nice. I emailed the HR recruiter a week after the interview to follow up and she called me back the next day informing me they moved forward with another candidate who was further along in the process. Although I didn't get the job, I was pleased with their process and responsiveness. It appears to be a good company to work for.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interview was conversational format going through my resume and experience. They each asked a few situation type questions that were relevant to experience managing people. Both people I interviewed with did a good job of adding color to the job description and conveying the company shortfalls due to their growing pains.

Set up a phone interview with recruiter, if successful, invited to in-person interview. The recruiter reached out to me initially after I applied and was the person I spoke to on the phone.
