I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Paycor (Cincinnati, OH) in Dec 2024
Interview
Went to final interview and spoke with Sales Manager. She talked about her experience with Paycor and that they gave her a chance for a sales role even though she didn't have a degree or any prior experience.
Her body language and tone was very relaxed and soft-spoken. As a sales professional for almost a decade I know to match the energy, yet also provide my authenticity. I got denied because she said I didn't say enough and didn't "sound" high energy (which she had none either) Very strange and unprofessional.

Question 1
What is my biggest accomplishment that I had achieved in my previous sales role.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Paycor (Iselin, NJ) in Aug 2024
Interview
As if I was thrown into an HR / talent acquisition training session. The interviews consisted of 2 rounds of junior employees reading questions off a list. Final, in person interview was with a territory lead who was in the role for 3 months. Deer in headlights. Declined offer.
Great interview process, just timing wasn't good for me to be interviewing so we stopped the process. I felt that my interviewer was truly interested in building a power team and was very excited about the company,
