Mi experiencia en el proceso de selección dejó mucho que desear debido a la falta de coherencia en la comunicación. Tras tener una entrevista con el equipo donde se mostró interés en mi perfil, recibí un correo automático de rechazo de currículum (sin mención a la entrevista realizada). Al solicitar feedback de manera honesta, la respuesta del reclutador fue condescendiente y con un tono pasivo-agresivo que no refleja respeto por el tiempo del candidato.
Es una pena que una empresa con potencial falle en lo más básico: la empatía y la comunicación profesional con quienes buscamos una oportunidad laboral con honestidad.

a few days after the last interview, I received a very impersonal and not detailed email saying that I wasn't chosen for the position.
I asked for feedback and never had a reply.
I would love to have a minimum feedback and not cold ghosting after a month of dedication to the process. This has totally changed my impression of the company and its values.
