I got called within about 2 days after applying, went into the interview at 4 in the afternoon. I had to wait awhile for another person to come in to cover the register so the manager could interview me. After the lady had came the manager took me into the back room and interviewed me.

it was a pretty straight forward interview from questions of previous job experience , and how you would approach certain scenarios

How would you go about a customer needing help finding a specific style of shoe?
The interview process was simple. I received a phone call then came in the following week. I was hired the following week.They asked me questions. I toured the store.After that they offered me a minimum wage and I excepted. Big mistake.
You sit in a room with the manager. Manager will ask you “why would you like to work here?” Manager will explain what your role will be, and what you have to do. You will be asked what you are looking to get paid, and pay negotiation begins. After the interview is over you wait to receive a call for a “second interview” which is signing some papers, and you getting your tag and a tour of the store.
