The interview process was great! First round was with an HR rep to go over basic information, resume, job history. The second round was with a virtual 1 on 1 interview with the manager of the position. The 3rd round was going into the office with the same manager, meeting other employees, a tour of the office, and a little bit of job shadowing.

Did not get any reply from employer (= Not selected) after phone screening interview so not sure about further rounds. In phone screening they asked common questions not any technical.

During phone screening they asked typical questions like tell me about yourself, past experience, if had any challenges working with colleagues or what you do to be successful at workplace etc.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Payment Alliance in June 2022
Interview
1st interview was culture fit & some behavioral questions with the director. Went pretty smoothly.
2nd interview was a resume quiz. Just went through the tech stacks that were listed and asked higher level software engineering principles and ideas. This was more of a discussion guided by what was listed on the resume.
After 2 weeks, I followed up but was ghosted. Aside from getting ghosted the interview process was fairly normal.
If anyone from API reads this, please be more professional and let your candidates know when they are no longer being considered for a role.
