Interview Process:
1. HR Video Call: The process began with an initial video call with HR, where we discussed my background and the role. The call was clear and informative.
2. Video Call with Head: The next stage was a video call with a department head. This was a deeper dive into my experience and how I’d fit into the team.
3. Project Case Study: I was then given a project case study to work on, which included preparing a report and presentation and presenting it to a panel of department heads. This stage tested my analytical, business, financial domain and presentation skills.
4. Interview with C-level: The next step was a video call with a C-level executive. The discussion was around my overall experience and its alignment with the role.
5. Final HR Video Call: The final step was a video call with HR to discuss the offer and next steps. The discussion was transparent and professional.
Overall Experience:
The interview process was thorough and well-organized. It was a positive experience that offered a good insight into the role and company. Throughout the process, communication was prompt and feedback was constructive.

Lengthy 6 stage process. No updates from HR contact on successful progression to next stage unless I chased them. 9-10 week drawn out process. Poor listening skills and decision making appears by to be by committee. Don't apply to join Paymentology.
