I applied after knowing through Naukri.
I am an ex-employee in a Service based company having experience of 3 years. I have an engineering graduate degree.
Probably the most confusing interview I have ever attended. I applied for Automation Testing. But they called me for Manual Testing and I attended the questions well.
Immediately within 30 minutes, they called me back asking if I could join the next day itself. Since I was not employed because I resigned after marriage, I felt better and said ok. They called me for a F2F discussion next day.
The interviewer was pulling me and trying to demotivate me saying I was off track since I havent worked past 6-7 months but still asked me to join as a Contract Employee for 3 months. I accepted it and they sent me an offer.
The offer had no benefits (not even leaves) and clearly mentioned that I would not be eligible for any employee benefits. Upon enquiry, they said for leaves also you need to compensate on weekends.
I declined the offer. I request the management/talent acquisition to clearly go through employee profile and interview based on talents rather than wasting both your time and candidate's precious time like this.

Interview
I am Arthi . I applied for this job through online. I badly wanted to crack this interview but I couldnt :( Interview started by 9:30.
1.Introduction about payoda - 3 HRs were there to interact with us. They made us more comfortable,motivated each one of us.Senior product officer had an interaction with the candidates about the company and about many general things in IT
2.GD-It was conducted by a senior manager from testing department.My topic was EDUCATION SYSTEM IN INDIA
3.Activity-We had fun filled activity round where we were taught 2 games related to cards and we played it as a group. (Where they ll check your IQ and Memory power)
4.Technical- Two young testers interviewed me for about 15 min and they asked all general questions. I was able to answer most of the questions and I was confident about my answers.
All the candidates attended all 4 Rounds and then few were shortlisted. My results were announced at 5 pm.
But I came out in the technical round and I seriously still don't know the reason. May be It wasn't my day. Still will after 6 months :)
