It was fairly simple, basically I had the job from the beginning if I wanted it. I was told about the benefits and pay structure (which immediately changed/wasn’t true) and basically asked when I could start.

Very Thorough and organized. Payscape is a very professional company. I really wanted to work for them. I took a personality test as well. And, the recruiters were very helpful in explaining the benefits to me. The face to face meeting with my manager was very helpful as well.
