Interview
I applied to Paysafe for the Account Executive position (Skrill and Neteller).
After receiving an email from the HR talent acquisition I was interviewed by the Head of Account.
The interview was nice and the interviewer wanted to keep it “informal”. We had a good chat and the interviewer was nice and answered to all my questions. The interviewer told me that in 7 days I will have received and email with the next steps.
After 7 days I received an (6th of August 2021), I received and email from the HR saying that they would have need more time and that they were going to get back to me in one week.
Here the process became unprofessional and I didn’t expect that at all.
After not receiving any news from Paysafe for 2 weeks, I emailed the HR in order to have a bit more informations and I didn’t receive any response.
After 7 more days, I entered in the Paysafe candidate page and saw that I was unsuccessful (the candidate status was changed 3 days before).
I emailed one more time the HR and the Head of Account in order to have a feedback but no response at all.
This is not the way a company should behave with the candidates. I wasn’t pretending a personal feedback because I know the huge amour at applications that companies receive. But an email with the result would be the minimum after an interview.
Quick, two total. One phone screen with HR and one teams call with management. Very conversational and straight forward, asked about experience and selling style. Nothing out of the normal. Got back to me when they said they would.
Pretty easy. Asked alot about sales. Said earning potential was high. Must go into the office at least 3 days per week. I'd like to use this role as an opportunity to move into the organizaton more.
