The interview process for an early career program was quite long and extensive. It included one phone interview and two panel interviews. I advanced to the final round, where I interviewed with the VP of Customer Care. However, during the interview, the VP put me on hold for 10 minutes to pick up a delivery, which threw me off my game. In the end, I treated it as interview practice, so it didn’t affect me too much.
