Payspan Senior Software Engineer interview questions

Technical disucssion with development manager, Architect and a senior developer. Basically they tried to get a feel for my technical requirements and my over arching personality traits. Why do I have to type more words than this? This perfectly explains in two short sentences what happened during my interviewing process.
